From designing moulds to logistic support

We carry out checks on the moulded parts following methods of analysis and tests agreed with the customer that focus on the critical dimensional aspects of the piece, on the aesthetic aspects and on the structural resistance, so as to always deliver products with high-quality standards.

MPS has a fleet of 18 injection presses ranging from 120 to 2500 tons; our organizational structure and the variety of machinery at our disposal allow us to guarantee our customers high production flexibility to produce limited or series runs while maintaining rapid delivery times. Our moulding department works in collaboration with the mould design and manufacturing department, so we are able to quickly test all the moulds we build through the creation of samples and quickly reach the large-scale moulding of your products.

To conclude with, Mps provides the customer with an efficient and complete service, including also packaging, storage and transport; we are in fact able to tailor-make the items produced and deliver them to the final customer in Triveneto (north-east Italy), throughout Italy and worldwide.
